1. Interest Accrual

Interest is accrued on a daily basis, calculated against the principal amount of your deposit. Accrual begins on the first calendar day immediately following the confirmation of your deposit transaction on the blockchain. Once the required number of block confirmations is reached, the deposit is marked as active and the accrual cycle starts automatically.

Accumulated profit is reflected in real time within your personal account dashboard. Interest is not compounded by default — it is calculated on the original deposit principal for the entire duration of the chosen tariff plan. All accrual timestamps are recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

2. Tariff Types

The platform offers two categories of investment plans designed to accommodate different financial strategies and risk tolerances.

• Returnable (Principal-Return) Plans. The full principal amount is returned to you upon expiry of the tariff term, together with all accumulated profit. Recommended for conservative investors who prioritize capital preservation.
• Non-Returnable Plans. Offers a significantly higher daily interest rate in exchange for the permanent allocation of the principal. Upon expiry, only the accumulated profit is available for withdrawal. Suited for aggressive yield strategies.

Once a deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain, the tariff type cannot be changed.

3. Referral Program

Each registered user is assigned a unique referral link available in the Referral section of your dashboard.

• Reward Rate. You receive a referral bonus equal to 7% of the deposit amount for every deposit created by a user who registered through your referral link.
• Deposit Requirement for Bonus Eligibility. The bonus is credited only after the referred user has confirmed at least one deposit. Registration alone does not trigger the bonus.
• Instant Crediting. The bonus is credited to your balance at the moment the referred user's qualifying deposit is confirmed.
• No Cap on Referrals. There is no limit on the number of users you may refer or on the total referral income you may earn.
• Self-Referral Prohibition. Using your own referral link to register a second account or coordinating with another party to simulate referral activity is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Abuse Prevention. The platform reserves the right to cancel referral bonuses if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or coordinated abuse.

4. Withdrawals & Limits

• Active Deposit Requirement. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that hold at least one active deposit at the time of the request.
• One Active Request at a Time. Only one withdrawal request may be pending per account. A new request may be submitted only after the current one is processed or cancelled.
• Cancellation Before Processing. A request may be cancelled before it enters the processing stage. Once processing has commenced it cannot be cancelled.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount. Defined individually by each tariff plan and displayed in the tariff details prior to deposit creation.
• Processing Time. All requests are executed within 24 to 48 hours. Processing may take longer during network congestion or maintenance windows.
• Suspension of Withdrawals. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals during scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or extraordinary market conditions. Users will be notified via the dashboard.
• Destination Address. Funds are sent exclusively to the wallet address specified at the time of the request. Transfers to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
• Network Fees. Blockchain network fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the time of broadcast. The platform does not profit from network fees.
• Tron / TRC-20 Restriction. Do not withdraw TRX or USDT (TRC-20) to a centralized exchange address that requires a Tag or Memo. Sending without the required identifier results in permanent loss of assets.

5. Accepted Cryptocurrencies

• Bitcoin (BTC) — Bitcoin mainnet
• Ethereum (ETH) — Ethereum mainnet
• Tether (USDT ERC-20) — Ethereum network
• Tether (USDT TRC-20) — Tron network
• Tron (TRX) — Tron mainnet
• Litecoin (LTC) — Litecoin mainnet

Important: You must transfer the exact amount specified. Only native, direct wallet transfers are accepted — do not send from smart contracts or swap protocols. Cross-currency transfers result in irreversible loss of funds and will not be refunded.

6. Account Security

• Password. Use a strong, unique password not used for any other service.
• Phishing Awareness. The platform will never ask for your password, private keys, or seed phrases by any channel.
• Private Keys. The platform does not store or have access to the private keys of your personal wallets.
• Account Suspension. The platform reserves the right to freeze an account upon detection of suspicious activity. The user may be required to verify their identity before access is restored.
• Jurisdictional Restrictions. Use of this platform is prohibited where cryptocurrency investment services are restricted by local law. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the user.

7. Disclaimer

Cryptocurrency investment carries substantial financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The platform shall not be held liable for losses arising from market volatility, blockchain network failures, or force majeure events.

By registering, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules in full, are aware of the risks, are investing funds you can afford to lose, and that your use of the platform complies with applicable law.

These rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

Violation of any item below may result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of all accrued balances.

• Money Laundering. Using the platform to deposit or obscure funds derived from illegal activity is prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts. Each user is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Fictitious Referrals. Generating referral bonuses through self-referral or coordinated schemes is prohibited.
• Automated Bots. Use of scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior written authorization is prohibited.
• Misrepresentation. Providing false personal information during registration or in any communication with the platform is prohibited.
